This is a year end feature that is worth reading, but only if you are interested in the multiple, cascading ways that the "war on drugs" is wasting your tax money, limiting your freedom, distorting the economies of third world countries, and generally just stomping on one's buzz in metaphorical, moral, political, practical, and actual ways.
