I am reestablishing water service at our place, which required over an hour sitting on the phone in the middle of the night in Korea waiting for the clowns to pick up the phone.

But all that waiting time was not for naught, of course, since there was a computer telling me to wait every 30 seconds or so. And I got to hear the message from the sewer and sanitation district on relentless repeat. It included this ditty:

"Cease the grease--it’s a no drainer"

I imagine the person who invented this phrase got a raise. I, on the other hand, am now insane.
