It turns out that the guy who repairs my vehicles is also an accordion player and an accordion repairer (would they properly be called luthiers? I don't know). He was pretty stoked when he pulled my truck in his shop and heard Los Broncos de Reynosa playing. Now I have been invited to the get together of local accordion players this coming weekend. There is, of course, a whole underground of these people. Since this is sure to be a group of lunatics I am planning to attend and will report back.
